- Lots of space
- String or rope
- A whistle (or a loud voice)
Directions:
- Place the string or rope on the ground, this will be your starting line.
- Place 6 boxes into 2 vertical rows with 3 boxes per row.
- Place the boxes 10 feet (2 meters) apart from each other.
- Split players into 2 teams and form 2 lines. The first player in each line holds a ball.
- When the referee blows the whistle or shouts “GO!” the first player throws the ball.
- Players can either aim for the 3rd box right away or start by throwing to the first box, then the second, then the third.
- Once successful, the players stays at the third box and throws the ball back to their teammates.
- If a player misses, they must retrieve the ball and give it to the next player in line.
- This repeats until every player has had a turn.
